Behind the Scenes...

These photos landed on my desk for work a few weeks ago, and I haven't been able to refrain from telling everyone about them outside work as well as in.

They're a unique collection shot by Nicholas Taylor of his late friend Jean-Michel Basquiat at the Mud club in downtown NYC in the early 1980s....

Seeing them makes me yearn to have been alive in a time

where people pushed the boundaries

and ventured into the unknown creatively.

It gets harder to do that as time goes forward.
